Dr. O’Shaughnessy attained both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she graduated with honors and was awarded several times for her outstanding research.

After medical school in Florida, Dr. O’Shaughnessy traveled to Chicago, IL where she completed seven years of surgical training in the renowned Integrated Plastic Surgery Program at Northwestern University.
